2. Data collected by the site

The marketing site sets no advertising trackers and requires no account. The only data processed is:

• the emails you send us (address and content), used solely to handle your request;
• [if applicable: audience analytics (PostHog), error reporting (Sentry), host server logs. If no tool is deployed, state so explicitly.]

3. Purposes, legal basis and retention

Your emails are processed to answer your requests (legal basis: legitimate interest in replying, or pre-contractual measures). Any audience analytics rely on your consent. Emails are kept for [duration, e.g. 24 months]; analytics data for [duration, e.g. 13 months].

4. Processors and transfers outside the EU

Hosting is provided by Cloudflare, Inc. (USA), covered by Standard Contractual Clauses. [Add PostHog, Sentry or any processor actually used, with hosting country and transfer safeguard.]

5. Cookies

The site uses only strictly necessary cookies, exempt from consent. [If an analytics tool or third-party tracker is deployed: add a consent banner and detail the cookies set, their purpose and lifetime here.]

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to, restrict and port your data, exercisable at julien@awakeprod.fr. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr).

7. Mobile apps

The Invecter apps (Tools, Cues, Pads) may use product telemetry ([Sentry / PostHog]), which is opt-out in settings, and never capture the content you create in them. [Specify the data each app collects and its purpose, or link to a separate app privacy policy as required by Apple / Google.]
